How to file
Submit a request in writing or by email, in English, Telugu or Hindi. Include the specific information sought, your contact details, and the prescribed fee (₹10) by IPO/DD payable to "Pay & Accounts Officer, AP Health Corp".
Response timelines
Information is provided within 30 days of receipt. Requests concerning life or liberty are answered within 48 hours.
Appeals
If unsatisfied with the response, file a first appeal with the Appellate Authority within 30 days. Second appeal lies with the AP State Information Commission.
