//Terms of use

Using the Qubico platform.

Last updated 20 July 2026.

These terms and conditions govern your use of qubico.io, our learning management system, and the courses and services we provide.

By accessing this website or enrolling in a course, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.

1Definitions

"Qubico", "we", "us", "our" means Qubico Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, CIN U62020AP2026PTC126479, with its registered office at F. No. 501, Rupa Enclave, 4th Lane, Manikyanagar, Kanuru, Vijayawada (Rural), Krishna — 520007, Andhra Pradesh, India.

"You", "your", "Learner" means the person accessing the website or enrolled in a course.

"Course" means any programme, module or learning content made available by Qubico, whether self-paced, live, or delivered in cohort.

"Platform" means qubico.io together with our learning management system.

2Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Course access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. You may not share your credentials, allow another person to use your account, or enrol on behalf of someone who will be the actual learner. We may suspend or terminate accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe credentials are being shared.

3Enrolment, fees and access

3.1 Fees for each course are shown on the course page. Fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3.2 On successful payment, your account on the Platform is activated and you have access to the course content for a period of six months from the date of enrolment.

3.3 At the end of the access period, your access to course content ends. Certification already issued to you is unaffected.

3.4 Extension of the access period is at our discretion and may be subject to a fee.

3.5 All fees are stated in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax, unless stated otherwise on the course page. The final all-inclusive price payable is displayed on the course page before you proceed to payment; no additional tax will be added at checkout that was not shown on the course page.

4Course content and changes

4.1 We aim to deliver each course as described on its course page. We may make reasonable changes to course content, structure, module order, or the tools used, where this improves the course or is necessary for operational reasons.

4.2 Where a live session is scheduled, we may reschedule it. Live sessions are recorded and made available on the Platform where a learner cannot attend.

4.3 We do not guarantee that any specific individual named on a course page will deliver a given session.

4.4 Where a course is described as pending credit approval or accreditation, that description reflects the position at the time of publication. We do not guarantee that approval will be granted, or the terms on which it may be granted.

5Certification

5.1 Certification is issued only on satisfying the assessment requirements set out on the course page. Enrolment and completion of content alone do not entitle you to certification.

5.2 Where certification is issued by a third-party awarding body, the award is made by that body under its own criteria. Qubico does not control, and does not guarantee, the issuing of a third-party certificate.

5.3 We may withhold or revoke certification where we find evidence of academic dishonesty. For the purpose of this clause, 'academic dishonesty' includes, without limitation:

  • (a) plagiarism — presenting the words, code, ideas or work of another person as your own without attribution;
  • (b) unauthorised collaboration — working with another person on assessed work that is required to be individual;
  • (c) impersonation — allowing another person to complete an assessment, live session, or enrolment activity on your behalf, or completing it on behalf of another;
  • (d) fabrication or falsification — inventing data, sources, citations, or evidence used in an assessment;
  • (e) contract cheating — commissioning or purchasing assessed work from a third party, whether human or automated;
  • (f) undisclosed use of generative-AI tools — submitting AI-generated content as your own work where the assessment brief prohibits AI assistance or requires disclosure;
  • (g) reuse without permission — resubmitting work previously submitted for another course or programme without prior written approval;
  • (h) any attempt to gain an unfair advantage in an assessment, including circumventing proctoring or platform controls.

Where academic dishonesty is found, we may (i) invalidate the assessment or the affected item, (ii) require a resubmission, (iii) withhold, revoke or annul a certificate already issued, or (iv) terminate the enrolment without refund. Prior to any final decision, we will notify you of the finding and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond.

6Facility access

6.1 A guided virtual tour of the Quantum Reference Facility forms part of the Quantum Decoded course.

6.2 In-person visits to the facility are offered by invitation to selected learners. An invitation is discretionary, is not an entitlement of enrolment, and forms no part of the consideration for the course fee. No refund or reduction in fee arises where a learner is not invited.

6.3 Where a learner attends the facility in person, they must comply with all safety instructions and access conditions notified to them. We may refuse or terminate access where these are not observed.

7Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, rent or sub-license any course material or website content
  • Record, download, screen-capture or circulate course content, including live sessions, except where we expressly permit it
  • Share your account credentials or course access with any other person
  • Use the Platform to transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, or interfere with its operation
  • Use automated means to scrape or extract content from the Platform

Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, without refund, and without prejudice to any other remedy available to us.

8Intellectual property

8.1 All course material, website content, curriculum design, assessment instruments and rubrics are the intellectual property of Qubico or its licensors (including Cambridge University Press & Assessment and other third-party content providers). All rights are reserved.

8.2 On enrolment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course material for your own learning during the access period. No other right is granted.

8.3 Third-party marks appearing on the Platform — including those of awarding bodies, partner institutions and government bodies — remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.

8.4 Work you submit for assessment remains yours. You grant us a licence to store, reproduce and assess it for the purposes of delivering the course, issuing certification, quality assurance, and reporting to institutions and awarding bodies.

Our website may link to sites we do not operate. We accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

11Disclaimer

11.1 We take reasonable care in preparing course content, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or error-free, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or available at all times.

11.2 Quantum and AI technologies develop quickly. Statements about the state of the field reflect our assessment at the time of publication.

11.3 We do not guarantee any particular employment, academic or commercial outcome from completing a course.

12Limitation of liability

12.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to 13.1, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with a course, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the fee you paid for that course.

12.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity.

13Suspension and termination

13.1 We may suspend or terminate your access where you breach these terms, where we suspect fraudulent payment activity, or where required by law. Where circumstances permit, we will notify you of the breach and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond before permanent termination.

13.2 You may stop using the Platform at any time. Cancellation and refund are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

14Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. Where a change is material and affects enrolled learners, we will notify affected learners by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

15Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right a consumer may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to institute proceedings in the forum of their residence, the courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
